In addition, in November 2011, she published her second book, Functioning in a Dysfunctional World, where she shares how people with disabilities are capable of functioning in a dysfunctional world. In 2012, her third book, The Reflections of a Prophet in Preparing for Prophetic Ministry, was published and it deals with the call to prophetic ministry as well as addressing character traits that must be instilled and perfected in the prophet. Apostle Dr. Redmon founded New Testament School of Theology in 2012.

Apostle Dr. Redmon has been ministering to God's people for most of her life in the natural, and in the spirit since 1999, which is when she became licensed to preach the gospel. In 2005, God birthed in her Prophetess Felicia Williams Ministries, Inc., where she travels to strategically preach and teach the Word of God.

In 2017, God birthed out of her a Movement, Kingdom International Fellowship of Ministries, Inc.  A non-denominational organization that serves as bridge (connector) for all denominations of churches, ministries and faith-based organizations, as God has called and branded it.

Apostle Dr. Redmon believes that the church is not a separate entity of a community but is the cornerstone that affects the people that live within that community. Apostle Dr. Redmon changes the atmosphere everywhere she goes. It started in the school system where she helped to change the mindset of hundreds of children by instilling in them that dreams come true when you work hard. It now happens at The Headquarters of A Church Without Walls where she equips and trains the body of Christ in their area of calling and in the Word of God. With her God given skills and abilities, those outside of HQ who need assistance in starting their ministries often call upon Apostle Dr. Redmon. Through her apostolic anointing, she is the covering mentor and trusted advisor to four churches, three ministries, and five organizations.

Apostle Dr. Redmon flows out of the Apostolic ministry and she understands the importance of addressing the spiritual and emotional side of humankind. She believes that the key to wholeness and success is that the spiritual man as well as the physical man must be whole. A spiritually hopeless person cannot live to their full potential if they have low self-esteem, lack of motivation, and low social advancement. She understands that the church can help to heal the ills that influence society.
